Emma Presler is a graphic designer who lives and works in New York City. She has worked at ESPN, Disney, Sony and Random House, specializing in online design.

She is an active member of AIGA, the professional association for design, and has served on the Board of Directors for the New York Chapter. As former co-chair of the Mentoring Program for the AIGA New York Chapter, she ran programs for 50 mentor and student pairs. Projects included collaborations with Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Worldstudio, and the Times Square Alliance. She has lectured and run workshops on design education at the 2006 Aspen Design Summit and the Summer Design Institute.

Emma has a MA in design management from Pratt Institute. She conducted research in Peshawar, Pakistan on design management and its application in microenterprises in January 2005. She has presented study findings at the Era 05 International Design Congress in Copenhagen, Denmark and at IIR's Destination Design Management Conference.

A Manhattan resident for the past ten years, Emma spent three formative years of her childhood in Zimbabwe, Africa.
