AIGA/NY's annual Fresh Dialogue is a well respected showcase for emerging ideas and trends in graphic design, articulated by a panel of design practitioners and a moderator. Princeton Architectural Press documents each event in book form. "Designing Audiences" looked at the changing role of the designer in a user-centric world where Nike iD, Flickr and YouTube dominate. The panel discussion focused on how controlled visual narratives shift when viewers are suddenly participants.
