Random House, Inc. is the world's largest English-language general trade book publisher. It was acquired by Bertelsmann in 1998, bringing together the imprints of the former Random House, Inc. with those of the former Bantam Doubleday Dell. As a designer in the Random House New Media department prior to the merger, I designed and produced websites and web banners to promote Random House titles. Projects involved close collaboration with imprint art departments to ensure creative consistency from print to online.
